TX 14 is a fast and robust machine, easy to install and integrate, designed to automatically staking and de-staking aluminium profile without the intervention of operators. The use of high dynamic control brushless motors in combination with axes fully managed on oversized linear guides, allows fast positioning with very high precision. The accurate ramp control during profiles picking up and dropping guarantees perfect layers preventing profiles damage. The innovative collecting pliers have been designed with a very sturdy and precise linear mechanism able to guarantee the correct management of the spacer positioning in a highly reliable way. TX 14 can operate both in layer-on-layer modality or on combos baskets.
The machine is designed in order to operate with aluminium or steel spacers. The intuitive operator a complete Hmi interface allow the easy management of diagnostic and cycle parameters including the choice of the correct spacer’s quantity and position of in relation to profiles length and batch type.
TX 14, in its various versions is highly adaptable to any customer baskets and feeding layouts.
