Successfully completed the revamping of the combustion components of the smelting furnace and the safety at Alu Green - Italy

We have replaced the gas and air control servo valves with new analog-controlled models, implementing the plc software with a new Pid control of the air/gas combustion ratio. The quality of the combustion has significantly improved by eliminating dangerous flame releases and making it practically imperceptible to start the burners, which now constantly maintain the desired ratio. Efficiency has increased and consumption has decreased. The security system with the opening of the gates on request will allow operators to work safely by blocking dangerous machines before accessing internal areas. Thanks to the Tecalux Team, who also worked during the Christmas holidays to ensure the restart of production on the appointed day. And thanks to the customer for the availability and trust placed in us.

The complete revamping of the 7-inch billet furnace at Altra Extrusion - Italy has been successfully completed in 10 working days

Removed and rebuilt all the old refractories, changed the combustion components, replaced the door with a new one with double horizontal and vertical movements, improved suction. The analysis of the fumes confirmed a marked improvement in the quality of combustion. The oven is now like new with superior performance and reduced consumption. The customer restarts production on the scheduled day. Thanks to our team that worked hard during the Christmas holidays and to the customer for the collaboration received.

Acceptance test successfully completed in Elvial - Greece

The installation of the system has been successfully completed for the new Die Clear and Crystal Fix system. The plant is now in full production with optimal matrix cleaning results. Crystal fix technology allows savings of 80 - 85% in the consumption of caustic soda. The automatic overhead crane manages loading and unloading operations safely, all operations are carried out in complete safety, preventing any contact between operators and soda fumes. The cleaning cycle, thanks to the optimized recirculation and perfect temperature control, has been reduced by hours compared to the previous system. The system is equipped with a high-performance centrifuge capable of perfectly separating aluminum hydroxide sludge from soda.

Take over test completed in Profilgruppen - SWEDEN

The takeover phase has been successfully completed for the new “Die Clare” matrix cleaning system. The plant is now in full production with excellent cleaning results. The plant is managed directly by the company's MES, exchanging recipes and statistical production data with it. The automatic overhead crane manages the loading and unloading of master tanks following precise recipes, all operations are carried out in complete safety, preventing any contact between operators and soda fumes. The cleaning cycle, thanks to the optimized recirculation and perfect temperature control, has been reduced by two hours compared to the previous system.

New order for a matrix cleaning plant at Profilgruppen - Sweden

We were chosen to supply a new matrix cleaning system with fully automated basket transport. The next generation plant will be completely built and tested at our workshops. The automation developed internally in collaboration with the customer's engineering team, will allow the complete integration of process data, processing recipes and production tracking with the existing supervision system, satisfying the high quality standards required.

New matrix cleaning plant with soda recovery at Hodaka Alloy - Taiwan

The acceptance test of the new matrix cleaning system with recovery of caustic soda has been successfully completed in Taiwan at HODAKA ALLOY INDUSTRY. The new generation plant will allow HODAKA to recover more than eighty percent of the caustic soda compared to the previous traditional cleaning system.
